I hereby declare that all the information stated in this application form are true to the best of my knowledge. I have followed the guideline of RGNCSM and understood all the rules and regulation agree to abide by them. In case of any dispute made in my application form, I understand that my application is liable to cancellation. Also I declare that, I shall maintain the direction of RGNCSM and also I declare that I will keep on my good business relation with all staff of RGNCSM. I will not show any offensive behave with the staff of RGNCSM. If any misconduct is shown against RGNCSM’s staff, then RGNCSM may take necessary action against me.

JURISDICTION
Only the Courts in Lalbagh SDEM Court, Murshidabad, W.B. will have Jurisdiction over declaration and agreement between RGNCSM & ME.
